Property Maintenance
Property maintenance is essential to keeping homes in good working condition. CVAHS emphasizes early reporting of issues so they can be addressed before becoming bigger problems. Tenants are encouraged to understand their own responsibilities, those of the landlord, and to communicate promptly about any concerns. In emergencies, tenants should contact the appropriate authorities and their building’s emergency number immediately.
The Maintenance Procedure
- Maintenance request received by the office.
- Request reviewed – maintenance staff may ask to come take a look to further determine the scope of work.
- Issue is repaired, or NOE is sent out to set appointment for repair.
- Follow up – if you notice any further issues in the area of repair, please let us know ASAP.
